Limited Capacity seats available

How can you bring history alive for your social studies students? Hands-on, student-centred, inquiry-based activities help engage learners and make learning about the past meaningful. You will leave this workshop with a minimum of four different activities that you can utilize with your class featuring the use of archaeological simulations and primary sources such as artifacts. Examples will be shared for teachers working with limited, medium, or generous budgets. All examples shared will be based on current grade 7 curriculum but are easily modified to fit other middle school grade levels.
