THIS IS A 7 minute ED TALK.    Please sign up for 'ED TALKS'  http://isabcpd2014stgeorges.sched.org/event/03c9e1ab9b7e37b043fb1cf8401190ae#.UquERxZ97Hg. This is one of 6 presentations in an hour and provides the overview of 1 of the 6 presentations.

Have you set a group work assignment and had one kid left out, others complain they do all the work, have EAL or LAC students marginalized, and then wonder how you can grade each student? How does it feel to be one of these students and what can we, as educators, do instead of traditional group work?
